Subject: Prayer for relief for the flood affected people.

Sir,

On behalf for the people of Parulia. I beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that a devastating (ধ্বংসাত্মক) flood has recently visited this area. The flood has broken all the past history of flood. The miseries (দুর্দশা) of the affected(কবলিত) people have known no bounds (সীমাহীন). Crops have been greatly damaged and heard of cattle have been washed away. Thousands of people have taken their shelter on roofs, boats and embankments. They are now suffering from scarcity of food and pure drinking water. There is an obvious risk of spreading waterborne diseases. 

In this circumstances, my earnest request and hope that you would be kind enough to send enough relief goods for the flood affected people of this area immediately to lessen the sufferings of the people.
